all in all, we learned lessons and grew along the way 🌿 there’s something about falling snow that feels so grounding. the silence. the stillness. the beauty of the earth just doing her thing. it’s been a lifelong journey to manage my anxiety and while it’s mostly under control, I still have my moments! (cue this time of year) hopefully these tips help you as much as they’ve helped me 🫶🏼 expressing gratitude for things in your life may feel awkward (and downright cringy) at first, but what if I told you that the simple act of practicing gratitude every day can literally change how your brain functions. happy December! this last month of the year can be full of stress, pressure, and rushing around. but does it have to be? this year, let’s make it different. let’s soak in the cozy vibes and really feel the peace and magic that December brings ❄️ for taking a chance. for taking it easy. for stepping out of your comfort zone. for pushing through the negative thoughts. for reaching out. for protecting your peace. whatever it is, I’m proud of you. willing the holly jolly to overcome the seasonal blues (it’s winning so far) 🎄 I exercise to care for my body, so what can I do to care for my mind? the options are endless, but here are a few easy ones to get you started! we tend to forget that we’re all doing this for the first time. every stage of life is new. uncertain. sometimes scary. but we give more grace to ourselves when we’re younger rather than older. enough of that! give yourself grace in every stage of your life. it’s all really freaking hard.
