Self-care has become quite the buzzword over the past few years. You hear it on the news, from influencers and celebrities, from your doctor, and even in your workplace, but what does it even mean?
I’m going back to my old ways, and this post is to show that transition.

So, I did the worst possible thing I could have done, and I stopped working out altogether.
The weather may be making you feel totally “blah,” at the moment, but just remind yourself that you have the power to change it. (Your feelings, not the weather, unfortunately.)
You’ll be making the world a better place in the process, because when you make someone’s day, they’re likely to do the same to someone else.
You just have to remember one thing: there’s always a positive.
